At Cameranitopro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with the product you received, we offer a simple and transparent return process. Please read the following Return Policy to understand the steps for returning your items, eligibility requirements, and how we handle returns.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Condition of the Product: The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. It should be returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Items that have been opened or used (unless defective)

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This is required for us to process your return. Please note that returns without an RAN will not be accepted.

Shipping the Return: Once you receive your Return Authorization, carefully pack the product(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us. You will be provided with the return shipping address.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective or we made an error in processing your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Proof of Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure it is safely delivered to us. Please keep the return shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.
3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer the following options:

5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.
6. Non-Refundable Costs
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong or damaged product).
7. International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. If you are outside of the U.S., we do not accept returns at this time.
